RLB's Ringneck Festival Hall of Fame
The RLB's Ringneck Festival Hall of Fame was established in 2009 to honor participants for years spent in the festival who show extraordinary enthusiasm during and outside of the event. This award was created in honor and memory of Roger Bultman and RLB Kennels. Mr Bultman was Captain for Team RLB Rooster Raiders in the early Ringneck Festival years. His enthusiasm, support, and love for the Festival encouraged many teams to participate. Some still come each year, including his own RLB Rooster Raiders. In his honor, RLB Ringneck Festival Hall of Fame was set up to recognize participants who have given tremendously through event history physically, spiritually, financially, or any other worthy form. Inductees include individual hunters, teams, landowners, scorekeepers, committee members, sponsors, and volunteers. Anyone can submit a nominee. Nominees should possess a tremendous passion for the Ringneck Festival, hunting, and outdoors in general. They should exhibit support and enthusiasm for the event from participating, recruiting, and genuinely enjoying the Ringneck Festival experience. The RLB's Ringneck Festival Hall of Fame will carry on the spirit of this event as each inductee is recognized for their assistance in making the Ringneck Festival what it is today and what it will be for the future.

2022 Ringneck Festival Hall of Fame Inductee
Greg Gruntmeir - Landowner
Greg has been a part of the Ringneck Festival for 20 years as a landowner. His parents first generously donated land for our use in the Ringneck Festival. He lives on the home farm in Beadle County and enjoys being part of the Ringneck Festival each year. Greg is someone who is always willing to lend a helping hand and does so from the heart. A Razorback Team member remembers that when they first met Greg, "he let us shoot pheasants (not dusing the festival) on the last pass of the combine, there was deer, coons and lots of pheasants. That was a good time!"
Plainsman - Sponsor
Tha Plainsman works with the committee to help promote the event by printing a tabloid dedicated to the Ringneck Festival along with allowing our Imperial and Golden level sponsors free advertising in the tabloid. The Plainsman's photographer Mike Carroll was our 2021 RLB Hall of Fame Inductee due to his volunteerism as a scorekeeper for 21 years now. He is al instrumental in getting some awesome shots during the Bird Dog Challenge. While some small town newspapers tend to be going by the wayside the Ringneck Festival committee is proud to have the backing of the Plainsman each year to know that we can count on them to cover our event with great pictures and stories.
